Peridot is a beautiful, vibrant green color. It's said to have the ability to bring healing and vitality to the whole body. Peridot is also mentioned to increase patience, confidence and assertiveness. Apparently, this gemstone has the ability to slow the aging process. So all you August babies, yea for you! This stone is also a stone of lightness and beauty.
Did you also know that Spinel and Sardonyx are August birthstones too? Just not in the 'traditional' sense.
I did not create any new pieces with peridot, but I do have have some in my studio if you are interested.
